Key Responsibilities
- Serve as FLC Counselor overseeing the functioning of Financial Literacy Centers.
- Promote financial awareness and education to rural and semi-urban populations.
- Report regularly to the Regional Office and ensure adherence to bank policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Computer literate: Must have basic knowledge of MS Office, internet, and local language typing.
- Age: Above 45 years and below 65 years as on 30.06.2025.
- Must be of sound health and a resident of the same state, preferably from the same or nearby district.
Additional Qualifications (Experience/Eligibility)
- Essential:
- Retired/VRS opted officers (Scale I & above) from Nationalized Banks, SBI, or RRBs, OR
- Ex-Servicemen or professionals like retired teachers with experience in financial services and IIBF certification.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as officer/permanent employee.
- Good communication skills in local language are mandatory.
- Must possess an unblemished service record and a service certificate from the previous employer.
Required Certifications
- IIBF Certification (relevant to financial literacy) for non-bank professionals.

- Leave: 15 days leave per year (Max 2 days/month)
