Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial contracts, budget planning, and statement assessments
- Supervise NHSRC and its branch offices’ finance operations
- Ensure statutory and operational compliance with GoI financial rules
- Liaise with MoHFW, audit authorities, and financial institutions
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy in payment processing and monitor accounts via Tally
- Coordinate audits, internal and external, and respond to audit observations
- Provide support in RTI queries and Parliamentary responses
- Mentor and lead the finance team; oversee training
- Submit audited accounts for MoHFW approval and Parliament laying
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by NHSRC leadership
Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Economics
- Plus MBA (Finance), M.Com, or C.A./ICWA with a commerce background
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years post-PG experience in financial systems in health/social sector
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of PFMS and government financial procedures
- Preference:
- Candidates residing in Delhi/NCR
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years as on 23 June 2025
Required Certifications
- MBA/M.Com/CA/ICWA final qualification certificate
- Tally and MS Excel certification (preferred)
- Experience certificates from prior organizations
- Valid government ID proof
