Position Details

- Duty Hours: 3 hours/day (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays & Gazetted holidays)

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- MBBS degree with at least 55% marks from a Govt./MCI-recognized medical college or university
- Completed one-year internship
- Experience: Minimum 2 years working in a Government or Private Hospital
- Desirable:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in local language (Kannada)
Job Role
- Provide outpatient (OPD) treatment for CSIR-NAL and CSIR-4PI employees, pensioners, and family pensioners
- Maintain patient confidentiality, assist with documentation, and follow institutional medical protocols

General Terms & Conditions
- Contractual Nature: No right to future absorption/regularization in CSIR-NAL or CSIR-4PI
- Termination Clause: Either party may terminate with one month’s notice
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in or joining
- Strict Confidentiality of patient data and documents must be maintained
- The Medical Officer shall not engage in any conflict of interest or external advisory without CSIR permission
- Engagement is subject to terms issued by CSIR-NAL & CSIR-4PI
- Final decision rests with: Director, CSIR-NAL & Director, CSIR-4PI
- No interim enquiries will be entertained
